Questions about pricing
What counts as an active property?
Any property you're currently scheduling cleanings for. Archive a property you no longer clean and it stops counting toward your tier.
What happens when I go over 3 properties?
You move into blocks of 5 properties at €3 each, so going from 3 to 4 properties takes you to €24 a month. A block is billed in full once you start it.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
You'll create your account on the app's signup page. The trial lasts 14 days; you decide afterwards whether to continue.
Do cleaners cost extra?
No. Pricing depends only on the number of active properties, not on how many people are on your team.
