1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using faroshine.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These terms are provided by J&G Hostpro Tech SL (Tax ID / CIF B26657841), registered at Calle Molinos de Agua 36, 38207 San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
2. What this website is
faroshine.com is a marketing website describing Faro Shine, a vacation-rental turnover operations platform. The Site itself doesn't process bookings, cleanings, or payments — it describes the product and lets you get in touch by email. Use of the Faro Shine product (once you're a customer) is governed by a separate customer agreement provided at that time, not by these Site terms.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated scraping that places undue load on it.
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Faro Shine or any third party mentioned on the Site.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content — including the Faro Shine name, logo, and mark, text, and design — is owned by Faro Shine or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
5. Third-party references
The Site references third-party services, including Lodgify, in describing how Faro Shine's product integrates with booking calendars. These references describe a technical integration only. Faro Shine is not currently an official partner of, certified by, or endorsed by Lodgify or any other named third party, and nothing on this Site should be read as such. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faro Shine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control, including Lodgify's own site. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
